Each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow for minor variations in size, shape, and colour between batches. All measurements provided are approximate, within a tolerance of ±10%. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and dimensions without prior notice.

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. Packaging is designed to protect your items in transit while being mindful of environmental impact.

We ship across the UK and worldwide via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Delivery options and timescales will be provided during checkout.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch:

• Stock items within 1–2 working days

• Made-to-order or personalised items within 3–5 working days

• Bespoke designs within up to 14 working days

Our Promise to You

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. You may be asked to return the item following our returns process.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note: postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalised Orders

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable, unless there is an error on our part or damage in transit. Please double-check all personalised details when ordering, and consider ordering a sample before placing large or bulk orders.
